We adopted Trixie (now Vienna) on November 7, 2019 and she’s been a great addition to our family. She’s a really sweet dog that likes cuddling, playing with us and her toys. She loves going on long walks and trying to chase whatever moves. I’m working on better leash manners. All in all we have been loving her and think she’s a great dog. Thanks for doing all you guys do on rescuing them.

We adopted Reagan 7 weeks ago and she’s doing great! She’s a sweetheart, very mellow and reserved. She’s feeling more and more at home as time goes by. She’s really starting to show us get personality. She loves to go on walks and gets along with our cat, Lucky. We feel so lucky and blessed to have Reagan in our family.😊❤

Cleo (formerly named June) is beyond happy in her new home and we can’t believe how outgoing she is for being a cat. She does not hide- she likes to be around us at all times. She sleeps up on my shoulder, let’s our 8 year old daughter kiss and hug her, and is not afraid of anything that comes her way. Overall, she has completely changed my opinion on cats.

Cleo’s favorite activities include, stealing all our hair ties and neatly stacking them in her food bowl, watching cars and squirrels out the window from her bed, running up and down the stairs while chasing the laser pointer, cuddling, playing in boxes, and getting belly rubs.

My husband and I adopted Fuji (formerly Lukka) as a kitten about 5 months ago. He is now 8 months old and growing quickly! He purrs all the time and loves to cuddle with us, my music students, and his two kitty brothers – Lightning (also from Heartland) and Kino. We are so glad that Heartland was able to rescue and take care of him until we met him!

We’ve had Koda for 8 weeks and can’t imagine our home without him. He is doing great with training and loves every person he meets. He’s gained over 10 pounds since we’ve had him and is looking better each week. Thanks for finding such a great dog for us.
