Sally came into our lives in April of 2019. She is the most endearing dog ever! She is doing well and we love her so much! We are so thankful to Heartland for bringing us together.

I adopted Moon in June 2018 and just wanted to give an update on his first year home. Moon has been an absolute joy and the most loving dog I could ever imagine. He definitely enjoys cooler weather, treats and lots of nap/snuggle time. Thank you Heartland for helping me find Moon ♥️
I wanted to follow up on our adoption of Chandler and Joie and tell you how happy we are to have them in our family. They are an absolute joy to have around. Their human siblings, Shayna and Ben adore them, and take great care of them. Chandler and Joie are very playful and have lots of toys to play with. They are also very cuddly and love sleeping in my bed. It feels great to come home after work and have the two handsome boys greet us at the door. We couldn’t be happier to have them with us.
Lyle is wonderful! He adjusted really well and we just love him so much! He entertains us and keeps us very active since he loves walks and playing fetch, we average 3 miles a day (1.5 in the morning and 1.5 in the evening). The only time we get a break from walking is when it’s raining, Lyle hates getting wet and avoids puddles! On a couple occasions he had no choice but to walk through a puddle and it was hilarious, I have never seen a dog tip-toe and lift is legs so high to avoid getting wet! It didn’t take Lyle long to find his perfect spot in the house, it’s a chair that’s in the living room near windows overlooking the front yard. Lyle sits on that chair and keeps an eye on the neighborhood and barks at everyone that walks by…and if a dog walks by he not only barks but also bites and shakes the pillow that’s on that chair (see attached video). We can always tell if a lot of dogs walked by during the day by the amount of feathers that are on the chair! Lyle also has a new favorite toy that was a welcome home gift that we call his girlfriend because we always find him cuddling with this toy on the couch, and he even runs to get it when we say “go get your girlfriend”. He makes us laugh so much with all the silly things that he does and we can’t imagine our lives without him. We take him everywhere with us!
Shiloh and Zeke are awesome and love yo give and get lots of affection. They especially love to hunt squirrels!
