April 18, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Dust off your favorite pajamas and head to Heartland for a cozy evening of community and compassion.

Feast & Fun: Enjoy a pizza dinner while mingling with fellow animal lovers.

Behind the Scenes: Take a special after-hours tour to see the heart of our operations.

Meet the Residents: Spend time with our adoptable animals and hear inspiring stories about how fostering transforms lives.

April 18-19 
For those pre-approved to foster, the party continues at home! Take a dog or cat home for a one-night staycation.

Share the Love: Document your cozy night on social media to raise awareness and funds for the foster program, and show the world who these animals really are.

Note: Foster spots are limited and based on availability. To participate, you must be registered for the event and must submit a foster application. by April 14.

Breakfast & Locks of Love

April 19, 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. Join us back at the shelter for breakfast and to swap stories from your sleepover. If you didn’t foster, help us welcome our animals back to Heartland!

Lock in Your Love Ceremony: Following breakfast, help us inaugurate our brand-new play yard! Inspired by the “Locks of Love” in Paris, we are dedicating a section of our fence to the permanent bonds between humans and animals.

Leave Your Mark: You are invited to attend the “Love Lock” ceremony for no additional fee. Red Heart Locks will be available for an additional donation.

Host a Slumber Pawty

Plan a cozy night at home with your foster pet—or your own dog or cat.

Set the Scene:
